Timbavati – a game reserve at the boundaries of South Africa’s Kruger National Park. During my first trip to Namibia I was disappointed about the lack in “wild” animals we saw or rather didn’t, just one little Chameleon which our busdriver noticed while we were racing from one location to another, was all. To make sure not to have a repeat of this I decided to make absolutely certain to change this. Kruger National Park is re-known for its abundance in wildlife and consequently Timbavati did not disappoint. Wildlife we saw on game  drives in the early morning, but mostly during the late afternoon and into darkness.
